- More than twenty-five (25) years in Project Execution, with a strong background in construction and management of large Green and Brown field construction activities.
- Proven experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodology and systems completion management and associated databases.
- Experience with multi-cultural type Projects.
- Experience with LNG Projects.
- Experience in RLC
Technical and Business Skills
- Technical background as a discipline engineer and experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Construction Superintendent or Manager with solid Project Execution experience.
Instrumentation Lead
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent
Knowledge and/or Experience
- 10 years’ experience as an Instrumentation Commissioning Engineer with a broad knowledge of commissioning planning and execution experience, for LNG liquefaction facilities or large Oil & Gas facility.
Experienced pre-commissioning/commissioning of field instrumentation such as Smart Transmitters, Fiscal Metering Systems, Tank Gauging, Specilaity Analyzers / sampling systems, Gas Chromotographs, Control & On / Off Valves, ESDV, Blowdown Valves and asscesosries, MOV’s, Fire & Gas devices, BMS / Flare Panels and speciality instruments associated with large compressors. - Good understanding of International (ISA/IEC) Standards and best practices in the areas of Instrumentation installations.
- Demonstrated experience of using Instrument calibration tools and instrument configuration set-ups.
- Expertise in systemization, completions database, development of instrumentation pre-comm/comm procedures.
- Strong leadership skills, experience leading contractor teams.
- Experience with Smart Completions database use and set-up desirable.

- 12 years’ experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry, with exposure in business management including project controls, cost and schedule development, tender preparation and contract management and 3 years supervising multi discipline and multi-cultural teams and as Lead of control for mega projects.

- Strong coordination skills, extensive quality experience in responsible roles on major oil & gas engineering & construction projects

Qualifications

Knowledge and/or Experience
- Professional Quality Engineer with 10 years of QA/QC experience in fabrication and construction of Offshore Oil & Gas Projects representing Clients.
- More than 8 years’ experience facilitating, coordinating and supervising implementation of quality control programs on Major EPCI onshore fabrication and construction Projects representing the Client.
- More than 8 years’ experience in the development and delivery of external & internal audit programs along with quality surveillance programs.
- 5 Years’ experience working in the Middle East as QA/QC Lead.
- Experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry.
- Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from a variety of cultural background.
Technical and Business Skills
- A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English

Buildings/HVAC Lead Offplots
Required Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, HVAC or Building Services
- Professional registration with accredited Regulatory Body desirable (PE, C.Eng., EUR ING, or equivalent)
Knowledge and/or Experience
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in EPC projects within Building Services / HVAC discipline including detailed design, procurement, construction, and
